We are running two groups that will meet at different times to suit people’s availability.

Thursday evenings

7:30–8:30pm starting on 29th Jan

Friday lunchtimes

11:30–12:30pm starting on 30th Jan

Each session will include: a short video, time to chat and a space for questions. There’s no pressure, and no prior knowledge is needed.
